If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Dreamscapes Baby Boutique within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You must contact us at daretodream@dreamscapesbaby.com with Returns in the subject line before returning. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. Please include the order number, date of purchase, and list of items in your email. If you fail to notify Dreamscapes Baby Boutique of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 14 calendar day window, or if Dreamscapes Baby Boutique suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Dreamscapes Baby Boutique will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items unless replacement is due to product defect. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address. Custom items are not returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Dreamscapes Baby Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

 

Custom nursery bedding orders are made on a one-on-one basis and therefore are not returnable. If you are not fully satisfied with the work we've created, we guarantee we will work with you on a replacement within reason.
