Because the letters are so chunky, longer names are unlikely to fit on smaller shirts. If your Tee is a girls' size 6 or smaller, I'd suggest using no more than five letters - larger shirts can generally accommodate up to eight letters. Baby size shirts (under size 2) should be limited to three letters or less.
