Yes and no! Dreamscapes Baby Boutique is currently online only, but it's just a click away! How much do you charge for shipping? TOP
Shipping is calculated upon checkout based on the shipping location. We offer different shipping options to suit your needs. We ship using either USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for differences in shipping quotes as each amount is calculated using tools from the USPS and UPS websites. All orders over $99 receive free shipping. (*excludes custom bedding and any 2nd Day/Overnight Shipping). Free shipping is UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail only. International customers need to contact us before placing an order. Not all items are available for international shipping. Please note, we are not responsible for any fees related to customs or duties imposed by other countries. Insurance is up to the buyer to purchase, but is highly recommended. All USPS orders will receive a Delivery Confirmation email. All UPS orders will receive a tracking number. Custom bedding orders will be weighed before determining shipping costs. What is your Return Policy? TOP
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Dreamscapes Baby Boutique within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You must contact us at daretodream@dreamscapesbaby.com with Returns in the subject line before returning. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. Please include the order number, date of purchase, and list of items in your email. If you fail to notify Dreamscapes Baby Boutique of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 14 calendar day window, or if Dreamscapes Baby Boutique suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Dreamscapes Baby Boutique will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items unless replacement is due to product defect. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address. Dreamscapes Baby Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.
Custom nursery bedding orders are made on a one-on-one basis and therefore are not returnable. If you are not fully satisfied with the work we've created, we guarantee we will work with you on a replacement within reason.
Custom items are not returnable unless damaged upon arrival. No exceptions.
What is your Privacy Policy? TOP Dreamscapes Baby Boutique places the utmost importance on customer privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order. If you choose to have Dreamscapes Baby remember your information for future purchases, only your name, address, and email address will be saved as a cookie in your browser. Dreamscapes Baby Boutique does not save your information anywhere on our site. We use PayPal for all of our transactions, using their 128-bit SSL for your credit card protection. Is my information secure? TOP
Yes! We do all of our payments using PayPal, a leader in payment security and ProPay. You can rest assured that your information is protected through PayPal's SSL encryption as well as ProPay's. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We are happy to accept payments through PayPal, Google Checkout, or we can accept all major credit cards.
Why does my order arrive in separate shipments? TOP While Dreamscapes Baby Boutique does house its own inventory, not all items come directly from our warehouse. In this case, some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Items that are too large to keep in inventory (i.e. furniture) are one example but there are other items we do not keep on location. You will receive tracking notices for each item and in some cases, your packing slip will show that other items ship separately.
Why did my order come FedEx and not USPS like I chose? TOP For orders that come directly from the manufacturer, there may be differences in what you chose at checkout compared to how your item comes shipped due to different companies using a particular shipping method. However, you will still receive comparable shipping options. For ex: if you chose UPS 2nd Day, but we have to ship your item Fed Ex, you will receive Fed Ex 2 Day Air. You are not responsible for any differences in shipping costs. You will still receive tracking info for each shipment.
Do you make custom blankets, burp cloths, etc? TOP
Yes! Two Crowns Bedding is not only nursery bedding but also bibs, blankets, onesies, high chair covers, nap mats, car seat covers, burp cloths, lovies and anything else you can dream up. We create our own patterns so the sky is the limit on what we can create. Contact us for a quote on custom and original items. Are your items In Stock? TOP A majority of our items are in stock at our warehouse. However, we do work with some manufacturers directly and therefore those items are shipped differently. Because some items come straight from the manufacturer, it's possible that items may no longer be available or are back-ordered. We work very hard to make sure neither of those things happen, but in the case they do, we will do whatever it takes to fix the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority! Do you offer giftwrap? TOP
Yes we do! We offer a boxed giftwrap option for specific items! Giftwrap includes our signature tissue paper and black gloss box with light blue satin bow! Giftwrapping is available for an additional $3 per box. Small items may be combined into one box at no additional charge. We will also add a message for the recipient for you. Fill out the comments section on the cart with message details!
